Temporary Suspension of
Checkout Service
Please be advised that the hotel will undergo system maintenance starting
at 8:00 PM on March 23 until further notice.During this period, checkout services and bill printing will be temporarily
unavailable.
Checkout Instructions
At the time of checkout, we will assist you in reviewing your expenses.
Once the system is restored, the invoice will be sent to your email starting April 1
on a rolling basis.
Please proceed to the Front Desk in the lobby on the 1st floor for assistance.

1.Dining Service:
-Light Bar:Closed
-In-Room Dining:6:00 AM-10:00 PM, contact Guest Service Center to collect order card.
2.Service adjustment:
-saunas：January 8, 2026 will be temporarily closed, due to scheduled annual facility maintenance.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
-Swimming Pool:Daily 9:00 AM-10:00 PM. Closed for routine disinfection 12-1 PM.
-Sauna:Daily 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. Closed for routine disinfection 12-1 PM.
-Sheraton Club:
*Breakfast Service：6:30-10:30 AM
Weekends (Sat./Sun.) and Public Holidays (in two sessions)：6:30-8:30 AM / 8:30-10:30 AM
*Afternoon Tea Hours：11:00 AM-5:30 PM
*Happy Hour：6:00-8:00 PM
Weekends (Sat.) and public holidays (by reservation, in two sessions)：6:00-7:00 PM / 7:15-8:15 PM.
*Cleaning hours: 5:30–6:00 PM and 7:00–7:15 PM. During these periods, the seating area will be temporarily closed.
-City Shuttle:Suspended
-Housekeeping Service:10:00AM-6:00PM
-Laundry Service: Open daily. Collect by 12 PM and return by 6 PM.
* Hang the laundry bag on the door and contact Guest Service Center for pick up.
-BoBo's Neverland and BoBo's Jungle：Open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. Please note that BoBo's Neverland is closed every Tuesday to Thursday, except on public holidays.
